RETURNS

We accept returns on full-priced items purchased directly from www.anhseen.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original, sellable condition
• Returned in secure packaging (e.g., hard case or bubble wrap)
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Returns outside the 14-day window will be eligible for store credit only.

Before sending your item back, please email us at info.anhseen@gmail.com to begin the return process.

RETURN SHIPPING

• For Australian orders, a flat $9.99 AUD will be deducted from your refund.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, this return fee still applies.
• International returns must be shipped at your own expense. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Anhseen is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved.

• If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Please note: sale items, gift cards, and any items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds
