We’ve partnered with trusted shipping providers including Australia Post and DHL to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for all Australian orders over $169 AUD — no code required.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped between Monday to Friday during business hours (AEST), excluding Victorian public holidays.
- Orders placed after 6 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
While we strive to ship orders promptly, shipping timeframes may vary due to high-volume periods, public holidays, or courier delays.
If your parcel is marked as missing, please lodge an investigation directly with Australia Post.
Receiving Your Order
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to accept delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe place at your address.
Please note: Once your order is handed over to Australia Post or DHL, Anhseen is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
All domestic orders are shipped via Express Post.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Remote and rural areas may take slightly longer.
International Orders
We ship worldwide via DHL or Australia Post.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Estimated international delivery: up to 15 business days.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. These are issued by your local authority and are not included in your Anhseen payment.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info.anhseen@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to update the address, but if your parcel has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Anhseen is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect shipping information.
