RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – ANHSEEN
At Anhseen, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. As part of our internal quality assurance process, we also document each product with photographs prior to shipping. This ensures we have a clear record that the item was in perfect condition when it left our facility. This process allows us to confidently stand behind the condition of our products while providing transparency and fairness to our customers.
RETURNS
We accept returns on full-priced items purchased directly from Anhseen if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be:

Unworn and in original, sellable condition

Packaged securely in protective wrapping (e.g., bubble wrap or hard case)

Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Items returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund and will receive store credit only.
If your return meets the above conditions, please contact us at info.anhseen@gmail.com before shipping your item back.
RETURN SHIPPING
For domestic returns within Australia, a flat fee of $9.99 AUD will be deducted from your refund amount. If your order qualified for free shipping, this fee still applies.
International returns are not covered by Anhseen. Customers outside of Australia must cover their own return shipping costs. Anhseen does not offer prepaid return labels or reimburse international return postage.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Anhseen is not liable for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
If you are eligible for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits (credit notes) are issued for:

Returns received after the 14-day refund window

Change-of-mind returns outside the refund period

Customers opting for credit instead of a refund
Credit notes are sent via email and do not expire.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged during delivery, you must notify us at info.anhseen@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
If the product is confirmed as faulty:

Anhseen will issue a prepaid return label (for Australian customers only), or

Reimburse up to $9.99 AUD in domestic return shipping if the item has already been returned
International customers must arrange their own return shipping. While we do not cover international return costs, we will assist in resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.
Please note that faulty item claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be accepted, especially if our pre-dispatch inspection and documentation show the product was sent in perfect condition.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless deemed faulty.

I received the wrong item — what should I do?
Please email info.anhseen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I ordered a pre-order item. When will it ship?
All pre-order items have an estimated dispatch date in the product description. This date is subject to change based on production and shipping timelines. If your delivery is delayed, we’ll update you via email.
My tracking isn’t working — what now?
Tracking may take up to 12 hours to activate after your parcel is packed. If your order was prepared overnight, it will likely begin tracking the next business day.
My delivery is delayed. What should I do?
Delays can occur with carriers like Australia Post or DHL. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please allow 3–5 business days before contacting us. You can also reach out directly to your local courier with your tracking number for real-time updates.
The item I want says “Pre-Order” but I can’t buy it. Why?
If the item is marked “Pre-Order” but isn't available to purchase, it likely means we’ve sold out of the incoming stock. You can email us at info.anhseen@gmail.com to be notified when it’s restocked.
I emailed and haven’t received a response — what now?
Our team is small but dedicated! We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. If you haven’t heard back, feel free to resend your message or check your spam folder.
